Hi Reeger, I just wanted to say thank you for your podcast. I listened pretty regularly when I was Pre-op but then I had my surgery on 9/6/16. Since then I have lost about 35 pounds, but I have begun to flounder. I came back to your podcast to remind myself to get back to basics. The topics discussed in this episode were very helpful, and I am working on getting back on track!

PS – I loved your tribute to your Dad, and I am sure he is so very proud of the work you do!
